Who We Are
Jen Longden
Founder
After beginning her career working in youth justice in 2006, Jen discovered her passion for learning and development and the impact it can have at any stage of life. From here, she moved into the public sector delivering government work contracts through the adult skills agenda. After moving into further and higher education as the Head of School in an inner-city college, she pivoted into education technology space in 2021 leading the implementation and rollout of an L&D SAAS product for a national software organisation. Her passion for people, growth and potential through learning and development is and continues to be the forefront of her professional aspirations.
Jennifer Roberts
Founder
Jen has worked within the organisational and learning and development space for over 25 years. Working in almost every sector, from private to public she has a wealth of experience supporting individuals to unlock their potential and building organisational capability.
Her focus is primarily on leadership development and cultivating meaningful change within organisations. Her passion is recognising uniqueness in individuals, and how these skills can be unlocked to release potential and make sustainable changes that benefit everyone.
Jen is an avid practitioner, but also has a keen interested in academia, holding a BA(hons) in business management, an MEd in online learning and MSc in organisational psychology to underpin her practice.
